Minor changes in Guest Bill

Some changes have been done in Guest bill printing i.e. Extra Charges, ignore calculation of Service Tax for Extra Charges.

Changes in Hotel Guest Bill Format

Dear User,
1) Add Coloumn "Prepaid by", "Customer Signature" and mobile number.
2) Change Rupees in word on Bill Amount.
3) Fixed error in City creation.
